Bad Intersections is an crowdsourced map database of intersections that are unsafe and annoying. Our mission is to identify hazardous intersections for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers. We seek to use media sources to identify intersections with the following characteristics: high rate of accidents (vehicles, bikes, pedestrians, motorcycles), dangerous railroad crossings, frequent animal collision locations (deer, moose, elk, cattle, horses).
